A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
As a mother of three dancers, musicians and performers, I began photographing small children moving quickly and unpredictably through challenging lighting scenarios two decades ago. Light is a photographer's best friend. However, school auditoriums, community theaters and local music venues don't always have the budget for professional lighting. So, I learned to work with what was available. I chased the light, and learned to look for the key moments in an artist's performance as it intersected with the best light at the right time. This is where I thrive.
